Holiday Updates

Yeah, it's the second month of the school holiday and Christmas's around the corner.

Some of my friends out there already know that I've always want to go to Disneyland.
I really had an overwhelming desire to fly to any Disneyland after reading Xiaxue's post about her wonderful sponsored trip to Hong Kong's Disneyland.
I love the castles (Oh my !@#$%^&* they're simply marvelous), the decorations, the shops, in short, e.v.e.r.y.t.h.i.n.g.
Someday, when I am rich (hope so),
I am going to bring my mum there, and snap lots and lots of photos!
'Disneyland oh Disneyland, why are you so far away?'

Most of my friends get to go traveling...
Unlike me, staying at home, forced to clear my whole bedroom and move everything out 'cause the floor needs repairing.
After the camp, there's like nothing really exciting anymore. I miss it..!
But putting aside the hard work, it's a good thing too.
My bedroom was stuffed with lots and lots of junks that you can barely move freely in there.
So, after everything's done, I am going to decorate my room!
Muahaha.
All pink? Lol, just kidding.

By the way, I tried this game site-- Petpet Park a few days ago and it's really nice.
And if it's too complicated for you, here's a guide. Jellyneo.
Cuteness guaranteed ;]

That's all for now, ta-ta!Photobucket

The Largest Temple in Malaysia

Went to the largest temple complex in Malaysia, and some say South East Asia (sounds a bit like Phua Chu Kang! XD) this morning.
It was dammnnnnnn huge!!

"The Yu Lun San Tien En Si (Jade Dragon Temple) at KM26 of Sibu-Bintulu Road is believed to be the largest temple complex not only in Malaysia but also South-East Asia. It houses the places of worship for Buddhism, Taoism and Confucianism."
-from The Star Online

There wasn't enough time so I didn't get the chance to go through every corner of the complex.

So here are some photos, as usual.

The outside.

One of the buildings.

The dragon.
The carvings are simply great!

Even the sky looked a bit like dragon.

I really really love this kind of door knobs!!! So cool~

And the doors are nice too!

The giant incense sticks. They're so tall..

The enormous drum inside the drum building.

The clock building.
Too bad it was locked, so I couldn't get in. I'm desperate to know what's in there!! Since the drum is so cool!

Then lastly~

The characters of the legend Sun Wu Kong. XD
That pig is so cute right?~

I guess that's all for the photos :)
In conclusion, the whole place is sooooo China-ish... And I like that.

By the way, I saw this thing on someone's status on Facebook and I think it's pretty amusing!

[THE FACEBOOK TRICK: press up,up, down, down, left, right, left, right, b, a, 'Enter' key, then right click then press up and down and magic circles will appear. the only way to get rid of them is to log off or refresh the page...IT WILL WORK! put this as your status if it works. This worked for me - TRY IT SO COOL! :D]

This.

Maybe you guys knew this long ago already, haha.

A Trip To The Fire Station

It's only 2 days, but I am missing the camp already. (Click here to read the post about the camp.)

Went on a trip to the Fire Station at Sg. Merah this morning.
It wasn't too bad.
Except for the briefing part (which was a long part), it was so boring because I don't really understand the Malay guy.
Then I left my glasses at home so I couldn't read what he wrote on the whiteboard.
But the guy was pretty funny sometimes, which saved me from falling asleep.

After the briefing.

The boat.

Cool motorcycle.

They taught us how to use the hose.

The powerful hose.

Then they taught us how to keep the hose.

video

The boys kept playing with this thing.
They looked doubted at first but after a try, they wanted another turn again.
Haha, it sure looks fun.

Then we went back by bus at 11 something.

Camp Methos 2009

It's a yearly BSM camp.
The camp was so much fun!
Though I wasn't playing, and sometimes it was really boring to watch others play.
But still, I love it.
It was great.

The 1st day
The 1st activity, of course, Flag-making.
Each group had to make a flag, a shirt and a bag.

Colouring the flag.

The shirt.

Jillian and Genevieve!~
Sewing the bag.

Then, we had the 'X-file' thing.
It's like a mystery.
And almost each EXCO and AJK had a role.
Then we were supposed to hide somewhere and wait for the others to find and question us.
I was soooooo nervous when they questioned me.
It was like I forgot almost everything I had to say,
so I simply made up some things.

Then in the afternoon, we played with water~~~
I really want get wetter, but I didn't bring extra clothes.

Hsuah Yin and me were in charged of this game,
5 tins or more were to be joined together then they had to cross the strings and walk on the benches.

Lastly, tug of war.
Went back at 5.30 p.m.

2nd Day

A stupid mosquito on my water bottle.

We had talent night,
each group had to perform.
And my favourite performance, fashion show!
I love their fashion shows.
It was so funny.
went back at 9 p.m.

3rd Day
I didn't take out my camera that day 'cause we were playing mud.
And I did get wet that day.
I love it, so fun!
But it was so dirty too.
And it was so hard to bath in school.
Then during night time, we had the gifts exchanging session.
I got a box of wafers and I gave a friend 2 cute Christmas toothbrush holders.
Went back at 8.30 p.m.

4th Day
Marching competition.
They did really fine.
Seriously.

Then we had the ball game.
Which was really interesting to watch.

Then in the afternoon, it became..damn boring in the stadium.
They went out for treasure hunting and I really wanted to watch them.
But it was sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo hot out there!!

Julie got me a flower.
It was too boring so I played with it for quite a long time.
Then after that, Julie and me went out for a really short walk.

I love the leaves at the 'i' :D

Around 4.30 p.m., we had the prize giving session~!
I'm satisfied with the results. :)
Went back at 5 p.m.

I love Methos Camps.

Now I have to wait for another year before the next one arrives.
:(

There's a trip to the fire station tomorrow...
Excited...!! >.<
